AAA Rouse was able to respond quickly and efficiently to a same day request to pick up our old appliances and construction garbage. Their price was very reasonable, I would recommend their services.

Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. We had a large amount of yard debris to be removed and Mark did an amazing job. He was prompt to our appointment and completed the job expediently. Although we paid more than what we had budgeted and expected to pay, it was worth it. I highly recommend their services and we'll certainly be using them for future projects! I was very satisfied with my refuse removal on 4/4/18. Stephanie and crew were very professional and arrived within the time frame given. I was also given updates on their location and arrival. The contents of my home were removed quickly and with no damage to the home. Stephanie also worked within my budget to have the contents fully removed. I can't say enough good things about this company. We had a mobile home that needed the carpet pulled and some furniture thrown out. They did it all and it only took a couple of hours. Will definitely do business with again.

Stephanie was extremely flexible in scheduling our time slot. She was willing to schedule for the very next morning, if we wanted. We live on the 5th floor in a condominium complex, and Stephanie parked in a discrete place and quickly removed the everything without getting in the way of the other residents in the building.
