Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. This was a BIG job with BIG items of all types in a garage and house. Stephanie and her assistant did a very impressive job and I wouldn't hesitate to engage their services again. Prompt, efficient, on time and at her original estimated cost. I just love people who do what they say they are going to do and when they plan to do it. Again, I'm very impressed.

We purchased a home that had 40 years of stuff left in it. We had plans for a metal dumpster to be delivered that was delayed -- and new furniture was arriving the next day! So glad now because we discovered AAA Rousse and they were AMAZING. They came out at the end of the day to haul stuff away for us. We also could not believe how much Bobby managed to fit on that truck! They could have just told us they couldn't get to us until the next day, but they came out and worked until the truck could not hold another scrap. We were having a bad, tiring day and would have had to postpone our furniture delivery (and pay extra)! They saved the day and we are so grateful and would highly recommend them!

The best company I've ever used when dealing with our building clean up. I called to inquire about picking up a piece. I spoke to the dispatcher and they contacted someone to call me. I got a call in about 5 minutes. They were in the area and here in 20 minutes. I had a very heavy, bulky item and they handled it with no problem. Bobby was amazing, polite and efficient. Thanks Bobbie. Great company.
