AAA Rousse was very helpful, fair, and accommodating with the amount of junk we needed to remove in such short time. In a little over one day, they were able to help clean out two 10'x20' storage units full of broken furniture and random junk which made my mother extremely happy. Same day service! Stephanie and Andre came to my house to remove items from my garage and living room. Mark was friendly but also professional. I had an old pool table removed and he not only took the pool table but all the accessories without an extra charge. Needed parents house emptied in ocala florida ,only had short time frame to get this done. Called AAA Rouse on monday afternoon and they were there first thing tuesday morning. Stephanie and her crew did an excellent job ,were very efficient and fast and completed everything in a little over 4 hours .We were very pleased with the service and would highly recommend.

Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. By the way, I assisted the whole time and don't think it would have gotten done without a third hand. Positive Responsiveness, Punctuality Services Hazardous waste removal & disposal

Mark was great and really helpful, emptied an entire 1 bed condo after demo, carpet, cabinets, vinyl flooring, counter tops etc.

Janine was very personable, professional and very helpful throughout the transaction. The men were hard workers who moved an upright piano, a 100 year old oak rolltop desk, and other large furniture pieces into storage on an extremely hot day.

Called on Sunday, booked an appointment for 10 am Monday, communicated with me when on their way, showed up on time and hauled away identified material. Outstanding job and now we can finish organizing our garage. Thank you.
