Today after a call this morning to haul away a broken treadmill, Gary and Stephanie came out the same day and removed it efficiently, professionally, and were friendly and careful not to cause damage to our home while removing it. We will definitely use them again to haul away any unwanted junk. Thanks for a great job!

We had furniture the donation/charity organizations would not take. (They are getting very picky these days and apparently want stuff in near new condition) Robert and his team were friendly, took the stuff away with no damage to our house. Recommended Highly!

Stephanie was extremely flexible in scheduling our time slot. She was willing to schedule for the very next morning, if we wanted. We live on the 5th floor in a condominium complex, and Stephanie parked in a discrete place and quickly removed the everything without getting in the way of the other residents in the building. Janine at the Springfield, Mo office provides amazing customer service. She's knowledgeable and responsive. She offers a much higher level of consideration than most people in any industry nowadays. She would stand out as a valuable worker anywhere but, for my benefit, I'm so thankful she's here. I'm dealing with a crappy tax lien sale property that I'm believing we can breath new life into. Communities need more great service providers to help clean up the messes and teach the people a higher standard of living and being.

Mark was great and really helpful, emptied an entire 1 bed condo after demo, carpet, cabinets, vinyl flooring, counter tops etc.

Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. Came down to Ft Lauderdale to clean out my Moms apartment. AAA Rouse answered my call on my first attempt,which no one else did.The owner was courteous and more importantly dependable. His mover showed up the next day,right on time as promised. As luck would have it the elevator was out and we were on the 8th floor.The mover insisted he could do the job and removed a sofa,cabinets and a TV down 8 flights of stairs. I highly recommend AAA Rouse Junk Removal and will definitely use them again to clear out the remainder of the contents.

They came in a single day 2 times an were polite courtesy and extremely effective and efficient. The price was Absolute fair and my mother of all.messes was wiped away which would've taken me decades on my own. The staff was friendly and helpful even during the final transactions. Im.certainly satisfied with he quality they provided.

I can't say enough about how helpful Janine and her crew from AAARousse were in disposing of a catamaran on our property. When they realized it wasn't on a trailer, they cut it up manually. And it was all done in one day. I called the office this morning and by afternoon it was gone. Thanks so much!
