Stephanie was extremely flexible in scheduling our time slot. She was willing to schedule for the very next morning, if we wanted. We live on the 5th floor in a condominium complex, and Stephanie parked in a discrete place and quickly removed the everything without getting in the way of the other residents in the building. She was very sharp and didn't need to hear directions twice. We would call her again in a heartbeat!. Stephanie and Justin were very responsive and professional about everything. Justin was very helpful, patient, and hardworking with something difficult like moving furniture and things you don't need anymore out of storage. It is a difficult thing to deal with physically and emotional to decide what is junk and what you should keep. Justin was the best man for this kind of job. He didn't even hardly take a break. Their mechanic is a top notch individual. My wife slid into a ditch and the car was unable to be driven out. The mechanic stopped to help, pulling the car out. Most people would have kept driving, not thinking twice. He helped out a great deal. AAA Rousse will be my first call for any service related needs from them.

Brittany and Chad were wonderful to deal with. They were very professional in how they removed the old cabinets from my house! They were careful in not hitting my walls or scratching my floors. And as a added bonus they were so nice and kind. I highly recommend this company !!!

The team did a wonderful job clearing out 2 of our office suites. Both suites contained about 40+ cubicles, 11 executives offices, at 3 conference rooms. It took about a week to get everything out of there but they were fair and always updated me throughout the day. They also sent pictures to make sure I knew they were filling the trailer up (they charge by the load).

Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked.
