Great service! I called the day before for a clear out of junk and furniture that a filthy a hoarder tenant left in a rental my daughter owns. Stephanie and Andre (Muscle Man) came to our home cleaned out our garage which was fairly full of the previous owner/hoarders junk. Filled up their trailer and hauled it away for a fair charge. I contacted this company after visiting their website, looking at pictures of some of the jobs they have done, and reading the reviews I decided they were exactly what I was looking for. I spoke with Robert, the owner, on a Wednesday afternoon and he had a four-person crew here Thursday morning. After showing and explaining everything to James, the cleanup began. They worked all day and cleaned out four barns. An excellent crew and an excellent job!!! I highly recommend this company, and I will be using them again in the future.

Janine at the Springfield, Mo office provides amazing customer service. She's knowledgeable and responsive. She offers a much higher level of consideration than most people in any industry nowadays. She would stand out as a valuable worker anywhere but, for my benefit, I'm so thankful she's here. I'm dealing with a crappy tax lien sale property that I'm believing we can breath new life into. Communities need more great service providers to help clean up the messes and teach the people a higher standard of living and being.

Needed parents house emptied in ocala florida ,only had short time frame to get this done. Called AAA Rouse on monday afternoon and they were there first thing tuesday morning. Stephanie and her crew did an excellent job ,were very efficient and fast and completed everything in a little over 4 hours .We were very pleased with the service and would highly recommend.
