Stephanie and her team were great. I needed 1,500 SF of carpet, padding and tack strip removed from my house so I could install EVP. They were right on time and worked hard to get it done quickly. Very professional! I would definitely hire them again.

We purchased a home that had 40 years of stuff left in it. We had plans for a metal dumpster to be delivered that was delayed -- and new furniture was arriving the next day! So glad now because we discovered AAA Rousse and they were AMAZING. They came out at the end of the day to haul stuff away for us. We also could not believe how much Bobby managed to fit on that truck! They could have just told us they couldn't get to us until the next day, but they came out and worked until the truck could not hold another scrap. We were having a bad, tiring day and would have had to postpone our furniture delivery (and pay extra)! They saved the day and we are so grateful and would highly recommend them!

Came down to Ft Lauderdale to clean out my Moms apartment. AAA Rouse answered my call on my first attempt,which no one else did.The owner was courteous and more importantly dependable. His mover showed up the next day,right on time as promised. As luck would have it the elevator was out and we were on the 8th floor.The mover insisted he could do the job and removed a sofa,cabinets and a TV down 8 flights of stairs. Stephanie and Justin were very responsive and professional about everything. Justin was very helpful, patient, and hardworking with something difficult like moving furniture and things you don't need anymore out of storage. It is a difficult thing to deal with physically and emotional to decide what is junk and what you should keep. Justin was the best man for this kind of job. He didn't even hardly take a break. The team did a wonderful job clearing out 2 of our office suites. Both suites contained about 40+ cubicles, 11 executives offices, at 3 conference rooms. It took about a week to get everything out of there but they were fair and always updated me throughout the day. They also sent pictures to make sure I knew they were filling the trailer up (they charge by the load).
