Came down to Ft Lauderdale to clean out my Moms apartment. AAA Rouse answered my call on my first attempt,which no one else did.The owner was courteous and more importantly dependable. His mover showed up the next day,right on time as promised. As luck would have it the elevator was out and we were on the 8th floor.The mover insisted he could do the job and removed a sofa,cabinets and a TV down 8 flights of stairs. I highly recommend AAA Rouse Junk Removal and will definitely use them again to clear out the remainder of the contents.

I contacted AAA Rousse for same day trash removal. We had just moved into our house and had yet to sign up for trash service since we weren't there full time yet. They were prompt and courteous, texting me updates as the day went on. I was able to pay over the phone since I wasn't there when they arrived. In addition, they called me because my garage door was left open! Since we were at the airport, I was freaking out! They actually closed my garage door, running out and over the sensor so that it wouldn't go back up again. They texted me before and after pictures as proof that everything was gone. I would definitely recommend them for trash removal!

AAA Rousse Junk Removal was very quick to book a last minute appointment only 2 days prior to when I needed the work done. The office staff worked patiently with me to get me the time of day needed. Janine at the Springfield, Mo office provides amazing customer service. She's knowledgeable and responsive. She offers a much higher level of consideration than most people in any industry nowadays. She would stand out as a valuable worker anywhere but, for my benefit, I'm so thankful she's here. I'm dealing with a crappy tax lien sale property that I'm believing we can breath new life into. Communities need more great service providers to help clean up the messes and teach the people a higher standard of living and being.

From the time I spoke with them on the phone I could tell they were a professional company not just a guy with a trailer with wood panel for walls. They arrived and started loading stuff once we did the walk thru. They were professional and they made me fell like I was part of their family. The quality and speed of the service is top of the class. They didn't do a-lot of standing around, they worked hard. When it comes to the load of the trailer they fill them to the top and it's a large trailer. When it started to rain they kept going with the loading process. I will be a loyal customer for life and I recommend them to anyone!
