Marc and his partner did an exceptional job for me. They removed two large couches and a VERY heavy piano. They got the large heavy pieces through the narrow doorway without any scratches or damage. Great care. Great job, well done. The price was fair considering the effort needed.

Needed parents house emptied in ocala florida ,only had short time frame to get this done. Called AAA Rouse on monday afternoon and they were there first thing tuesday morning. Stephanie and her crew did an excellent job ,were very efficient and fast and completed everything in a little over 4 hours .We were very pleased with the service and would highly recommend.

Great experience dealing with Justin and Stephanie from AAA Rousse Boat Removal. Justin removed a derilic boat from my canal that I acquired when I purchased the property. The boat was deep under silt and sludge and had oysters encrusting the entire boat - he made quick work of the boat dislodging it and then cutting it up and was very careful not to damage any of my landscaping or lawn in the process. Excellent job overall & was very professional - super impressed with Justin as he's a great guy to work with. Stephanie provided great communication managing the schedule and details of the job.

AAA Rousse was very helpful, fair, and accommodating with the amount of junk we needed to remove in such short time. In a little over one day, they were able to help clean out two 10'x20' storage units full of broken furniture and random junk which made my mother extremely happy. Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. Very Professional called to advise running a little late. Arrived when Bobby said he would. Through job getting rid of my old hot tub was concerned about my tile underneath it. Both men very good at what they do.

Justin was very helpful, patient, and hardworking with something difficult like moving furniture and things you don't need anymore out of storage. It is a difficult thing to deal with physically and emotional to decide what is junk and what you should keep. Justin was the best man for this kind of job. He didn't even hardly take a break.
