I had a pretty difficult job I needed help with, and Bobby and his crew handled it beautifully. Bobby was very communicative regarding his progress on the job, his time coming to and leaving the site, asked questions when he was unsure of something, and overall they worked very hard to complete the job in an efficient and timely manner. I would hire them again for sure.

This guy's helped us in a pinch! We were trying to sell our house and we needed a replacement junk removal after the previous service change the price to 6 times the amount last minute. Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. We had several large items removed from our house and the people who did it were professional, courteous, and respectful of the property. I was very impressed by the care they showed while removing the items. It was a positive experience and I highly recommend them.

AAA Rousse Junk Removal was very quick to book a last minute appointment only 2 days prior to when I needed the work done. The office staff worked patiently with me to get me the time of day needed. The gentleman who arrived, John, Rex and Ray did a fantastic job. They were respectful, listened carefully to my needs and even swept the porch and patio area after removing the junk! From the time I spoke with them on the phone I could tell they were a professional company not just a guy with a trailer with wood panel for walls. They arrived and started loading stuff once we did the walk thru. They were professional and they made me fell like I was part of their family. The quality and speed of the service is top of the class. They didn't do a-lot of standing around, they worked hard. When it comes to the load of the trailer they fill them to the top and it's a large trailer. When it started to rain they kept going with the loading process. I will be a loyal customer for life and I recommend them to anyone!

I contacted this company after visiting their website, looking at pictures of some of the jobs they have done, and reading the reviews I decided they were exactly what I was looking for. I spoke with Robert, the owner, on a Wednesday afternoon and he had a four-person crew here Thursday morning. After showing and explaining everything to James, the cleanup began. They worked all day and cleaned out four barns. An excellent crew and an excellent job!!! I highly recommend this company, and I will be using them again in the future.

The family owned company was wonderful! They came in and undertook a very difficult project without complaining and they did it at the price that they quoted to us originally. They were friendly patient hard-working and did a great job! We would not hesitate to call them again and we would recommend them to anyone we know.
