AAA Rousse Junk Removal was very quick to book a last minute appointment only 2 days prior to when I needed the work done. The office staff worked patiently with me to get me the time of day needed. The gentleman who arrived, John, Rex and Ray did a fantastic job. They were respectful, listened carefully to my needs and even swept the porch and patio area after removing the junk! Thanks to John Barnes, Rex and Ray for a job well done!

Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. Stephanie and her team did an amazing job! I called on one day notice and they were able to help. They did a clean out of a 5,000 sq ft office for us! The team worked really hard & they were really nice, polite & professional. The communication was awesome! The best part is that the did the work at a fair price! Highly recommended!

This guy's helped us in a pinch! We were trying to sell our house and we needed a replacement junk removal after the previous service change the price to 6 times the amount last minute. I called ASAP Rousseau and they came out, saved us $150 and did an excellent job the same day. I'm incredibly grateful and they were reasonable. I highly recommend them!!

Stephanie was extremely flexible in scheduling our time slot. She was willing to schedule for the very next morning, if we wanted. We live on the 5th floor in a condominium complex, and Stephanie parked in a discrete place and quickly removed the everything without getting in the way of the other residents in the building. She was very sharp and didn't need to hear directions twice. We would call her again in a heartbeat!. Very Professional called to advise running a little late. Arrived when Bobby said he would. Through job getting rid of my old hot tub was concerned about my tile underneath it. Both men very good at what they do.

Bobby arrived at 1:00 pm - dismantled and removed an 8 person hot tub and was done by 2:30 pm all in 90 + degree Florida heat. Good job. Thank you

Their mechanic is a top notch individual. My wife slid into a ditch and the car was unable to be driven out. The mechanic stopped to help, pulling the car out. Most people would have kept driving, not thinking twice. He helped out a great deal. AAA Rousse will be my first call for any service related needs from them.
