They came in a single day 2 times an were polite courtesy and extremely effective and efficient. Janine was very personable, professional and very helpful throughout the transaction. The men were hard workers who moved an upright piano, a 100 year old oak rolltop desk, and other large furniture pieces into storage on an extremely hot day.

Stephanie was extremely flexible in scheduling our time slot. She was willing to schedule for the very next morning, if we wanted. We live on the 5th floor in a condominium complex, and Stephanie parked in a discrete place and quickly removed the everything without getting in the way of the other residents in the building.
