I had a pretty difficult job I needed help with, and Bobby and his crew handled it beautifully. Bobby was very communicative regarding his progress on the job, his time coming to and leaving the site, asked questions when he was unsure of something, and overall they worked very hard to complete the job in an efficient and timely manner. I would hire them again for sure.

Janine at the Springfield, Mo office provides amazing customer service. She's knowledgeable and responsive. She offers a much higher level of consideration than most people in any industry nowadays. She would stand out as a valuable worker anywhere but, for my benefit, I'm so thankful she's here. I'm dealing with a crappy tax lien sale property that I'm believing we can breath new life into. Communities need more great service providers to help clean up the messes and teach the people a higher standard of living and being.

A young woman and her male partner came to my house (shame on me I forgot their names). The Ms called an hour before arrival like promised and when they arrived gave me a quote, which matched the verbal quote given over the phone, and had my junk loaded up in no time. No muss no fuss, very professional. Would recommend them highly to anyone who needs their extra stuff taken away. I love the fact that anything of mine that is usable they will donate. Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. Janine was very personable, professional and very helpful throughout the transaction. The men were hard workers who moved an upright piano, a 100 year old oak rolltop desk, and other large furniture pieces into storage on an extremely hot day.

From the time I spoke with them on the phone I could tell they were a professional company not just a guy with a trailer with wood panel for walls. They arrived and started loading stuff once we did the walk thru. They were professional and they made me fell like I was part of their family. The quality and speed of the service is top of the class. They didn't do a-lot of standing around, they worked hard. When it comes to the load of the trailer they fill them to the top and it's a large trailer. When it started to rain they kept going with the loading process. I will be a loyal customer for life and I recommend them to anyone!

I used AAA ROUSSE for cleaning out my business office. I usually do not write reviews but i wanted to say that the office girl was nice and got me on their books right away. The guys showed up this morning gave me the quote and got to work. After they were done they even swept their way out.! Very professional , I will use them again!

I called to inquire about picking up a piece. I spoke to the dispatcher and they contacted someone to call me. I got a call in about 5 minutes. They were in the area and here in 20 minutes. I had a very heavy, bulky item and they handled it with no problem. Bobby was amazing, polite and efficient. Thanks Bobbie. Great company. This guy's helped us in a pinch! We were trying to sell our house and we needed a replacement junk removal after the previous service change the price to 6 times the amount last minute. I called ASAP Rousseau and they came out, saved us $150 and did an excellent job the same day. I'm incredibly grateful and they were reasonable. I highly recommend them!!
