Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. I called to inquire about picking up a piece. I spoke to the dispatcher and they contacted someone to call me. I got a call in about 5 minutes. They were in the area and here in 20 minutes. I had a very heavy, bulky item and they handled it with no problem. Bobby was amazing, polite and efficient. Thanks Bobbie. Great company. I highly recommend this company to have anything removed from your home.

Stephanie communicated well and was courteous ..They were punctual and worked with me to load everything quickly without bumping into walls. I highly recommend.

The team did a wonderful job clearing out 2 of our office suites. Both suites contained about 40+ cubicles, 11 executives offices, at 3 conference rooms. It took about a week to get everything out of there but they were fair and always updated me throughout the day. They also sent pictures to make sure I knew they were filling the trailer up (they charge by the load).

The family owned company was wonderful! They came in and undertook a very difficult project without complaining and they did it at the price that they quoted to us originally. They were friendly patient hard-working and did a great job! We would not hesitate to call them again and we would recommend them to anyone we know.

Marc and his partner did an exceptional job for me. They removed two large couches and a VERY heavy piano. They got the large heavy pieces through the narrow doorway without any scratches or damage. Great care. Great job, well done. The price was fair considering the effort needed.

AAA Rousse was very helpful, fair, and accommodating with the amount of junk we needed to remove in such short time. In a little over one day, they were able to help clean out two 10'x20' storage units full of broken furniture and random junk which made my mother extremely happy. I am very grateful to Robert and his sons for helping us clean these two units completely while providing fair, affordable prices. I would definitely recommend them for junk removal
