FANTASTIC...did a great job cleaning out a hoarders property we had just purchased... Would highly recommend this company to anyone...went above and beyond doung everything be ask.

Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. The team did a wonderful job clearing out 2 of our office suites. Both suites contained about 40+ cubicles, 11 executives offices, at 3 conference rooms. It took about a week to get everything out of there but they were fair and always updated me throughout the day. They also sent pictures to make sure I knew they were filling the trailer up (they charge by the load).

Came down to Ft Lauderdale to clean out my Moms apartment. AAA Rouse answered my call on my first attempt,which no one else did.The owner was courteous and more importantly dependable. His mover showed up the next day,right on time as promised. As luck would have it the elevator was out and we were on the 8th floor.The mover insisted he could do the job and removed a sofa,cabinets and a TV down 8 flights of stairs. I highly recommend AAA Rouse Junk Removal and will definitely use them again to clear out the remainder of the contents.

Stephanie was extremely flexible in scheduling our time slot. She was willing to schedule for the very next morning, if we wanted. We live on the 5th floor in a condominium complex, and Stephanie parked in a discrete place and quickly removed the everything without getting in the way of the other residents in the building. She was very sharp and didn't need to hear directions twice. We would call her again in a heartbeat!. Stephanie and Andre (Muscle Man) came to our home cleaned out our garage which was fairly full of the previous owner/hoarders junk. Filled up their trailer and hauled it away for a fair charge. I will Definitely have their services back again in the future should I ever need them. Good work Stephanie and Andre!!!!

I had a pretty difficult job I needed help with, and Bobby and his crew handled it beautifully. Bobby was very communicative regarding his progress on the job, his time coming to and leaving the site, asked questions when he was unsure of something, and overall they worked very hard to complete the job in an efficient and timely manner. I would hire them again for sure.

Their mechanic is a top notch individual. My wife slid into a ditch and the car was unable to be driven out. The mechanic stopped to help, pulling the car out. Most people would have kept driving, not thinking twice. He helped out a great deal. AAA Rousse will be my first call for any service related needs from them.
