Today after a call this morning to haul away a broken treadmill, Gary and Stephanie came out the same day and removed it efficiently, professionally, and were friendly and careful not to cause damage to our home while removing it. Came down to Ft Lauderdale to clean out my Moms apartment. AAA Rouse answered my call on my first attempt,which no one else did.The owner was courteous and more importantly dependable. His mover showed up the next day,right on time as promised. As luck would have it the elevator was out and we were on the 8th floor.The mover insisted he could do the job and removed a sofa,cabinets and a TV down 8 flights of stairs. I highly recommend AAA Rouse Junk Removal and will definitely use them again to clear out the remainder of the contents.

Stephanie and her team did an amazing job! I called on one day notice and they were able to help. They did a clean out of a 5,000 sq ft office for us! The team worked really hard & they were really nice, polite & professional. The communication was awesome! The best part is that the did the work at a fair price! Highly recommended!

Stephanie was extremely flexible in scheduling our time slot. She was willing to schedule for the very next morning, if we wanted. We live on the 5th floor in a condominium complex, and Stephanie parked in a discrete place and quickly removed the everything without getting in the way of the other residents in the building. She would stand out as a valuable worker anywhere but, for my benefit, I'm so thankful she's here. I'm dealing with a crappy tax lien sale property that I'm believing we can breath new life into. Communities need more great service providers to help clean up the messes and teach the people a higher standard of living and being.
