Today after a call this morning to haul away a broken treadmill, Gary and Stephanie came out the same day and removed it efficiently, professionally, and were friendly and careful not to cause damage to our home while removing it. We will definitely use them again to haul away any unwanted junk. Thanks for a great job!

Stephanie and Justin were very responsive and professional about everything. Justin was very helpful, patient, and hardworking with something difficult like moving furniture and things you don't need anymore out of storage. It is a difficult thing to deal with physically and emotional to decide what is junk and what you should keep. Justin was the best man for this kind of job. He didn't even hardly take a break. I was cleaning out a family member's house that bordered on being a hoarder. I called AAA Rousse and they were able to promptly meet my junk hauling needs on two separate occasions. The men providing the service were friendly and professional. They definitely made the process easy.

I contacted AAA Rousse for same day trash removal. We had just moved into our house and had yet to sign up for trash service since we weren't there full time yet. They were prompt and courteous, texting me updates as the day went on. I was able to pay over the phone since I wasn't there when they arrived. In addition, they called me because my garage door was left open! Since we were at the airport, I was freaking out! They actually closed my garage door, running out and over the sensor so that it wouldn't go back up again. They texted me before and after pictures as proof that everything was gone. I would definitely recommend them for trash removal!

Brittany and Chad were wonderful to deal with. They were very professional in how they removed the old cabinets from my house! They were careful in not hitting my walls or scratching my floors. And as a added bonus they were so nice and kind. I highly recommend this company !!!

AAA Roussee is the BEST company ever!!! I hired them to help my friend who had a major problem with bed bugs in Miami. We had the place exterminated, but bed bugs are almost impossible to get rid of totally unless all fabric furniture and rugs, etc. are disposed of. My friend is VERY stubborn and would not agree to let them take the expensive rug and other furniture, he just wasn't grasping the importance of that. The pickup guy, Corey, was able to convince him to let go of ALL necessary items, Corey has such a wonderful way about him, I called him "The Bug Whisperer"... my friend fully cooperated, got rid of everything, we will have one last followup extermination check and now there is hope to totally resolve this HORRIBLE problem. This company is the BEST!!!!! Also, Robert, who I set everything up with, is such a great guy... he took a personal interest on the phone and made us understand the severity of the problem and what needed to be done, he went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty!!!! If he had not bothered to listen and discuss and truly advise and help this never would have been resolved. Thank you Robert and Corey!!!!!! Do not bother with any other company!!! These people are caring and honest and get the job done thoroughly and quickly.
