I was in a bind cleaning out my Dad's house for sale. Some items did not meet Salvation Army standards and I needed to have items removed before walk thru and sale the next day. They were able to work me in on short notice, were professional and efficient. Thanks Stephanie and Travis!

Their mechanic is a top notch individual. My wife slid into a ditch and the car was unable to be driven out. The mechanic stopped to help, pulling the car out. Most people would have kept driving, not thinking twice. He helped out a great deal. AAA Rousse will be my first call for any service related needs from them.

Stephanie was extremely flexible in scheduling our time slot. She was willing to schedule for the very next morning, if we wanted. We live on the 5th floor in a condominium complex, and Stephanie parked in a discrete place and quickly removed the everything without getting in the way of the other residents in the building. She was very sharp and didn't need to hear directions twice. We would call her again in a heartbeat!. This was a BIG job with BIG items of all types in a garage and house. Stephanie and her assistant did a very impressive job and I wouldn't hesitate to engage their services again. The best company I've ever used when dealing with our building clean up. We are in the process of selling and the buyers are extremely unreasonable but after hearing about AAA and dealing with Jennine and her assurance that our property would be professionally cleaned and all cleared (equipment, debris, trash etc..) not only did she deliver on that promise but knocked it out of the ballpark!! Came down to Ft Lauderdale to clean out my Moms apartment. AAA Rouse answered my call on my first attempt,which no one else did.The owner was courteous and more importantly dependable. His mover showed up the next day,right on time as promised. As luck would have it the elevator was out and we were on the 8th floor.The mover insisted he could do the job and removed a sofa,cabinets and a TV down 8 flights of stairs. I highly recommend AAA Rouse Junk Removal and will definitely use them again to clear out the remainder of the contents.

Great experience dealing with Justin and Stephanie from AAA Rousse Boat Removal. Justin removed a derilic boat from my canal that I acquired when I purchased the property. The boat was deep under silt and sludge and had oysters encrusting the entire boat - he made quick work of the boat dislodging it and then cutting it up and was very careful not to damage any of my landscaping or lawn in the process. Excellent job overall & was very professional - super impressed with Justin as he's a great guy to work with. Stephanie provided great communication managing the schedule and details of the job.
