Stephanie was extremely flexible in scheduling our time slot. She was willing to schedule for the very next morning, if we wanted. We live on the 5th floor in a condominium complex, and Stephanie parked in a discrete place and quickly removed the everything without getting in the way of the other residents in the building. She was very sharp and didn't need to hear directions twice. We would call her again in a heartbeat!. I called AAA Rousse to haul away all my junk when I was moving and not only did they come the same day and give me a great price, but Ronnie was extremely helpful and fast. I'd definitely call them again the next time I need something taken away.

I contacted AAA Rousse for same day trash removal. We had just moved into our house and had yet to sign up for trash service since we weren't there full time yet. They were prompt and courteous, texting me updates as the day went on. I was able to pay over the phone since I wasn't there when they arrived. In addition, they called me because my garage door was left open! Since we were at the airport, I was freaking out! They actually closed my garage door, running out and over the sensor so that it wouldn't go back up again. They texted me before and after pictures as proof that everything was gone. I would definitely recommend them for trash removal!

I contacted this company after visiting their website, looking at pictures of some of the jobs they have done, and reading the reviews I decided they were exactly what I was looking for. I spoke with Robert, the owner, on a Wednesday afternoon and he had a four-person crew here Thursday morning. After showing and explaining everything to James, the cleanup began. They worked all day and cleaned out four barns. An excellent crew and an excellent job!!! I highly recommend this company, and I will be using them again in the future.

Janine at the Springfield, Mo office provides amazing customer service. She's knowledgeable and responsive. She offers a much higher level of consideration than most people in any industry nowadays. She would stand out as a valuable worker anywhere but, for my benefit, I'm so thankful she's here. I'm dealing with a crappy tax lien sale property that I'm believing we can breath new life into. Communities need more great service providers to help clean up the messes and teach the people a higher standard of living and being.
