We had furniture the donation/charity organizations would not take. (They are getting very picky these days and apparently want stuff in near new condition) Robert and his team were friendly, took the stuff away with no damage to our house. Recommended Highly!

The best company I've ever used when dealing with our building clean up. We are in the process of selling and the buyers are extremely unreasonable but after hearing about AAA and dealing with Jennine and her assurance that our property would be professionally cleaned and all cleared (equipment, debris, trash etc..) not only did she deliver on that promise but knocked it out of the ballpark!! Mark was friendly but also professional. I had an old pool table removed and he not only took the pool table but all the accessories without an extra charge. I would definitely recommend AAA Rousse to my friends. If you have any thing small or large to be removed AAA Rousse are the one's to call!!! Honestly just made that up.

Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. I was very satisfied with my refuse removal on 4/4/18. Stephanie and crew were very professional and arrived within the time frame given. I was also given updates on their location and arrival. The contents of my home were removed quickly and with no damage to the home. Stephanie also worked within my budget to have the contents fully removed. Needed parents house emptied in ocala florida ,only had short time frame to get this done. Called AAA Rouse on monday afternoon and they were there first thing tuesday morning. Stephanie and her crew did an excellent job ,were very efficient and fast and completed everything in a little over 4 hours .We were very pleased with the service and would highly recommend.

Professional and Prompt Service. I called and gave a good detail of what I needed to be picked up and removed. Was quoted a price I thought was reasonable especially with the weight of some of my objects. Settled on a date and Mike called the evening prior to re-confirm time. I was called again in the morning when they were 20 -30 mins. away. Was surprised how fast the clear out was. Happy camper, would recommend this service.

The family owned company was wonderful! They came in and undertook a very difficult project without complaining and they did it at the price that they quoted to us originally.
