I called to inquire about picking up a piece. I spoke to the dispatcher and they contacted someone to call me. I got a call in about 5 minutes. They were in the area and here in 20 minutes. Justin was very helpful, patient, and hardworking with something difficult like moving furniture and things you don't need anymore out of storage. Needed parents house emptied in ocala florida ,only had short time frame to get this done. Called AAA Rouse on monday afternoon and they were there first thing tuesday morning. Mark was friendly but also professional. I had an old pool table removed and he not only took the pool table but all the accessories without an extra charge.
