Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. By the way, I assisted the whole time and don't think it would have gotten done without a third hand. Positive Responsiveness, Punctuality Services Hazardous waste removal & disposal

We had several large items removed from our house and the people who did it were professional, courteous, and respectful of the property. I was very impressed by the care they showed while removing the items. It was a positive experience and I highly recommend them.

The team did a wonderful job clearing out 2 of our office suites. Both suites contained about 40+ cubicles, 11 executives offices, at 3 conference rooms. It took about a week to get everything out of there but they were fair and always updated me throughout the day. They also sent pictures to make sure I knew they were filling the trailer up (they charge by the load).

This was a BIG job with BIG items of all types in a garage and house. Stephanie and her assistant did a very impressive job and I wouldn't hesitate to engage their services again. Prompt, efficient, on time and at her original estimated cost. I just love people who do what they say they are going to do and when they plan to do it. Again, I'm very impressed.

Stephanie and Andre (Muscle Man) came to our home cleaned out our garage which was fairly full of the previous owner/hoarders junk. Filled up their trailer and hauled it away for a fair charge. I was cleaning out a family member's house that bordered on being a hoarder. I called AAA Rousse and they were able to promptly meet my junk hauling needs on two separate occasions. The men providing the service were friendly and professional. They definitely made the process easy.
