Stephanie and Justin were very responsive and professional about everything. Justin was very helpful, patient, and hardworking with something difficult like moving furniture and things you don't need anymore out of storage. It is a difficult thing to deal with physically and emotional to decide what is junk and what you should keep. Justin was the best man for this kind of job. He didn't even hardly take a break. He was very good at asking me about items to make sure I wanted to keep them or get rid of them. I am very happy to recommend AAA Rousse Services. Justin got the job done. Professional and Prompt Service. I called and gave a good detail of what I needed to be picked up and removed. Was quoted a price I thought was reasonable especially with the weight of some of my objects. Settled on a date and Mike called the evening prior to re-confirm time. I was called again in the morning when they were 20 -30 mins. away. Was surprised how fast the clear out was. Happy camper, would recommend this service.

The family owned company was wonderful! They came in and undertook a very difficult project without complaining and they did it at the price that they quoted to us originally. They were friendly patient hard-working and did a great job! We would not hesitate to call them again and we would recommend them to anyone we know.

I contacted AAA Rousse for same day trash removal. We had just moved into our house and had yet to sign up for trash service since we weren't there full time yet. They were prompt and courteous, texting me updates as the day went on. I was able to pay over the phone since I wasn't there when they arrived. In addition, they called me because my garage door was left open! Since we were at the airport, I was freaking out! They actually closed my garage door, running out and over the sensor so that it wouldn't go back up again. They texted me before and after pictures as proof that everything was gone. I would definitely recommend them for trash removal!
