AAA Rousse Junk Removal was very quick to book a last minute appointment only 2 days prior to when I needed the work done. The office staff worked patiently with me to get me the time of day needed. The gentleman who arrived, John, Rex and Ray did a fantastic job. They were respectful, listened carefully to my needs and even swept the porch and patio area after removing the junk! Mark did a great job, sent me pictures of the completed work, and got the key to my real estate agent when the work was complete. These guys came and got a couch and loveseat from me. I called them and they where at my house within 4 hours.

Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. Same day service! Stephanie and Andre came to my house to remove items from my garage and living room. This included construction materials, miscellaneous household items and numerous cardboard boxes. They were courteous, professional, and the price they quoted was fair. Their service was exceptional and I recommend them highly!
