A young woman and her male partner came to my house (shame on me I forgot their names). The Ms called an hour before arrival like promised and when they arrived gave me a quote, which matched the verbal quote given over the phone, and had my junk loaded up in no time. No muss no fuss, very professional. Would recommend them highly to anyone who needs their extra stuff taken away. I love the fact that anything of mine that is usable they will donate. Thanks guys you really helped me out!!

AAA Roussee is the BEST company ever!!! I hired them to help my friend who had a major problem with bed bugs in Miami. We had the place exterminated, but bed bugs are almost impossible to get rid of totally unless all fabric furniture and rugs, etc. are disposed of. My friend is VERY stubborn and would not agree to let them take the expensive rug and other furniture, he just wasn't grasping the importance of that. The pickup guy, Corey, was able to convince him to let go of ALL necessary items, Corey has such a wonderful way about him, I called him "The Bug Whisperer"... my friend fully cooperated, got rid of everything, we will have one last followup extermination check and now there is hope to totally resolve this HORRIBLE problem. This company is the BEST!!!!! Also, Robert, who I set everything up with, is such a great guy... he took a personal interest on the phone and made us understand the severity of the problem and what needed to be done, he went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty!!!! If he had not bothered to listen and discuss and truly advise and help this never would have been resolved. Thank you Robert and Corey!!!!!! Do not bother with any other company!!! These people are caring and honest and get the job done thoroughly and quickly.

I called AAA Rousse to haul away all my junk when I was moving and not only did they come the same day and give me a great price, but Ronnie was extremely helpful and fast. I'd definitely call them again the next time I need something taken away.

They came in a single day 2 times an were polite courtesy and extremely effective and efficient. The price was Absolute fair and my mother of all.messes was wiped away which would've taken me decades on my own. The staff was friendly and helpful even during the final transactions. Im.certainly satisfied with he quality they provided.

Excellent work. Fast. Very responsive. Moved to Florida couple months ago. Needed cleanout of garage from pervious owner. Called at 6am expecting answering machine and info and the lady actually answered. Got us booked same day which was great. Driver was here soon after and got the garage cleaned out. Was even swept out after. Definitely will use again for the shed before summer comes. Thanks guys.

AAA Rousse Junk Removal was very quick to book a last minute appointment only 2 days prior to when I needed the work done. The office staff worked patiently with me to get me the time of day needed. The gentleman who arrived, John, Rex and Ray did a fantastic job. They were respectful, listened carefully to my needs and even swept the porch and patio area after removing the junk! Stephanie and her team were great. I needed 1,500 SF of carpet, padding and tack strip removed from my house so I could install EVP. They were right on time and worked hard to get it done quickly. Very professional! I would definitely hire them again.

Very Professional called to advise running a little late. Arrived when Bobby said he would. Through job getting rid of my old hot tub was concerned about my tile underneath it. Both men very good at what they do.

I had a pretty difficult job I needed help with, and Bobby and his crew handled it beautifully. Bobby was very communicative regarding his progress on the job, his time coming to and leaving the site, asked questions when he was unsure of something, and overall they worked very hard to complete the job in an efficient and timely manner.
