Janine at the Springfield, Mo office provides amazing customer service. She's knowledgeable and responsive. She offers a much higher level of consideration than most people in any industry nowadays. She would stand out as a valuable worker anywhere but, for my benefit, I'm so thankful she's here. I'm dealing with a crappy tax lien sale property that I'm believing we can breath new life into. Communities need more great service providers to help clean up the messes and teach the people a higher standard of living and being.

It was a huge job, and their team completed it an a timely manner. They are hardworking, dedicated, thorough, and efficient. The required cleanup was on a property in Florida, and since I live long distance, they look pictures and communicated with me every step of the way. Mark was great and really helpful, emptied an entire 1 bed condo after demo, carpet, cabinets, vinyl flooring, counter tops etc.

I was very satisfied with my refuse removal on 4/4/18. Stephanie and crew were very professional and arrived within the time frame given. I was also given updates on their location and arrival. The contents of my home were removed quickly and with no damage to the home. Stephanie also worked within my budget to have the contents fully removed. Professional and Prompt Service. I called and gave a good detail of what I needed to be picked up and removed. Was quoted a price I thought was reasonable especially with the weight of some of my objects. Settled on a date and Mike called the evening prior to re-confirm time. I was called again in the morning when they were 20 -30 mins. away. Was surprised how fast the clear out was. Happy camper, would recommend this service.
