Stephanie and her team were great. I needed 1,500 SF of carpet, padding and tack strip removed from my house so I could install EVP. They were right on time and worked hard to get it done quickly. Very professional! I would definitely hire them again.

Needed to get a junk boat removed. Was a very stressful time I am a senior and never had to do something like this before. Stephanie took care of all my concerns. Haven't seen that level of service in a long time. Thanks Stephanie!!! Robert you have a jewel in that girl.

The team did a wonderful job clearing out 2 of our office suites. Both suites contained about 40+ cubicles, 11 executives offices, at 3 conference rooms. It took about a week to get everything out of there but they were fair and always updated me throughout the day. They also sent pictures to make sure I knew they were filling the trailer up (they charge by the load).

I contacted this company after visiting their website, looking at pictures of some of the jobs they have done, and reading the reviews I decided they were exactly what I was looking for. I spoke with Robert, the owner, on a Wednesday afternoon and he had a four-person crew here Thursday morning. After showing and explaining everything to James, the cleanup began. They worked all day and cleaned out four barns. An excellent crew and an excellent job!!! I highly recommend this company, and I will be using them again in the future.

Janine at the Springfield, Mo office provides amazing customer service. She's knowledgeable and responsive. She offers a much higher level of consideration than most people in any industry nowadays. She would stand out as a valuable worker anywhere but, for my benefit, I'm so thankful she's here. I'm dealing with a crappy tax lien sale property that I'm believing we can breath new life into. Communities need more great service providers to help clean up the messes and teach the people a higher standard of living and being.

The best company I've ever used when dealing with our building clean up. We are in the process of selling and the buyers are extremely unreasonable but after hearing about AAA and dealing with Jennine and her assurance that our property would be professionally cleaned and all cleared (equipment, debris, trash etc..) not only did she deliver on that promise but knocked it out of the ballpark!! AAA Rousse Junk Removal was very quick to book a last minute appointment only 2 days prior to when I needed the work done. The office staff worked patiently with me to get me the time of day needed. The gentleman who arrived, John, Rex and Ray did a fantastic job. They were respectful, listened carefully to my needs and even swept the porch and patio area after removing the junk!
