Mark is a great guy. He checked everything and gave me best offer to get rid off all the junk left by tenant in our rental property in New Tampa area.

Stephanie and Justin were very responsive and professional about everything. Justin was very helpful, patient, and hardworking with something difficult like moving furniture and things you don't need anymore out of storage. It is a difficult thing to deal with physically and emotional to decide what is junk and what you should keep. Justin was the best man for this kind of job. He didn't even hardly take a break. I contacted AAA Rousse for same day trash removal. We had just moved into our house and had yet to sign up for trash service since we weren't there full time yet. They were prompt and courteous, texting me updates as the day went on. I was able to pay over the phone since I wasn't there when they arrived. In addition, they called me because my garage door was left open! Since we were at the airport, I was freaking out! They actually closed my garage door, running out and over the sensor so that it wouldn't go back up again. They texted me before and after pictures as proof that everything was gone. I would definitely recommend them for trash removal!

We purchased a home that had 40 years of stuff left in it. We had plans for a metal dumpster to be delivered that was delayed -- and new furniture was arriving the next day! So glad now because we discovered AAA Rousse and they were AMAZING. They came out at the end of the day to haul stuff away for us. We also could not believe how much Bobby managed to fit on that truck! They could have just told us they couldn't get to us until the next day, but they came out and worked until the truck could not hold another scrap. We were having a bad, tiring day and would have had to postpone our furniture delivery (and pay extra)! They saved the day and we are so grateful and would highly recommend them!

Their mechanic is a top notch individual. My wife slid into a ditch and the car was unable to be driven out. The mechanic stopped to help, pulling the car out. Most people would have kept driving, not thinking twice. He helped out a great deal. AAA Rousse will be my first call for any service related needs from them.

Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked.
