Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. Bobby was great. Very hard worker and knows his stuff. I would recommend this company to anyone needing junk removed. Didn't take long and Bobby was very socialable and nice to talk too. I recommend them one hundred percent! You won't be disappointed!!

Janine was very personable, professional and very helpful throughout the transaction. The men were hard workers who moved an upright piano, a 100 year old oak rolltop desk, and other large furniture pieces into storage on an extremely hot day.

Mark was friendly but also professional. I had an old pool table removed and he not only took the pool table but all the accessories without an extra charge. Came down to Ft Lauderdale to clean out my Moms apartment. AAA Rouse answered my call on my first attempt,which no one else did.The owner was courteous and more importantly dependable. His mover showed up the next day,right on time as promised. As luck would have it the elevator was out and we were on the 8th floor.The mover insisted he could do the job and removed a sofa,cabinets and a TV down 8 flights of stairs. I highly recommend AAA Rouse Junk Removal and will definitely use them again to clear out the remainder of the contents.

I had a pretty difficult job I needed help with, and Bobby and his crew handled it beautifully. Bobby was very communicative regarding his progress on the job, his time coming to and leaving the site, asked questions when he was unsure of something, and overall they worked very hard to complete the job in an efficient and timely manner. Stephanie and her team did an amazing job! I called on one day notice and they were able to help. They did a clean out of a 5,000 sq ft office for us! The team worked really hard & they were really nice, polite & professional. The communication was awesome! The best part is that the did the work at a fair price! Highly recommended!
