Great experience dealing with Justin and Stephanie from AAA Rousse Boat Removal. Justin removed a derilic boat from my canal that I acquired when I purchased the property. The boat was deep under silt and sludge and had oysters encrusting the entire boat - he made quick work of the boat dislodging it and then cutting it up and was very careful not to damage any of my landscaping or lawn in the process. Excellent job overall & was very professional - super impressed with Justin as he's a great guy to work with. Stephanie provided great communication managing the schedule and details of the job.

Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. Professional and Prompt Service. I called and gave a good detail of what I needed to be picked up and removed. Was quoted a price I thought was reasonable especially with the weight of some of my objects. Settled on a date and Mike called the evening prior to re-confirm time. I was called again in the morning when they were 20 -30 mins. away. Was surprised how fast the clear out was. Happy camper, would recommend this service.

Stephanie was extremely flexible in scheduling our time slot. She was willing to schedule for the very next morning, if we wanted. We live on the 5th floor in a condominium complex, and Stephanie parked in a discrete place and quickly removed the everything without getting in the way of the other residents in the building. She was very sharp and didn't need to hear directions twice. We would call her again in a heartbeat!. I called to inquire about picking up a piece. I spoke to the dispatcher and they contacted someone to call me. I got a call in about 5 minutes. They were in the area and here in 20 minutes. I had a very heavy, bulky item and they handled it with no problem. Bobby was amazing, polite and efficient. Thanks Bobbie. Great company.
