AAA Rousse Junk Removal was very quick to book a last minute appointment only 2 days prior to when I needed the work done. The office staff worked patiently with me to get me the time of day needed. The gentleman who arrived, John, Rex and Ray did a fantastic job. They were respectful, listened carefully to my needs and even swept the porch and patio area after removing the junk! Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. Excellent work. Fast. Very responsive. Moved to Florida couple months ago. Needed cleanout of garage from pervious owner. Called at 6am expecting answering machine and info and the lady actually answered. Got us booked same day which was great. Driver was here soon after and got the garage cleaned out. Was even swept out after. Definitely will use again for the shed before summer comes. Thanks guys.

I had the task of arranging a house clearance from the UK, prior to arriving in the US, with no real knowledge of how big a job it was going to be. Janine was incredibly helpful, allowing me to provide her with photos just a day before the job was due to happen. It turned out to be a very big job indeed, but the men were absolutely amazing, working long hours, professionally and respectfully, and completely clearing the property.
