I had a pretty difficult job I needed help with, and Bobby and his crew handled it beautifully. Bobby was very communicative regarding his progress on the job, his time coming to and leaving the site, asked questions when he was unsure of something, and overall they worked very hard to complete the job in an efficient and timely manner. Stephanie was extremely flexible in scheduling our time slot. She was willing to schedule for the very next morning, if we wanted. We live on the 5th floor in a condominium complex, and Stephanie parked in a discrete place and quickly removed the everything without getting in the way of the other residents in the building. Marc and his partner did an exceptional job for me. They removed two large couches and a VERY heavy piano. They got the large heavy pieces through the narrow doorway without any scratches or damage. Great care. Great job, well done. The price was fair considering the effort needed.

I contacted AAA Rousse for same day trash removal. We had just moved into our house and had yet to sign up for trash service since we weren't there full time yet. They were prompt and courteous, texting me updates as the day went on. I was able to pay over the phone since I wasn't there when they arrived. In addition, they called me because my garage door was left open! Since we were at the airport, I was freaking out! They actually closed my garage door, running out and over the sensor so that it wouldn't go back up again. They texted me before and after pictures as proof that everything was gone. I would definitely recommend them for trash removal!

Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. Janine at the Springfield, Mo office provides amazing customer service. She's knowledgeable and responsive. She offers a much higher level of consideration than most people in any industry nowadays. She would stand out as a valuable worker anywhere but, for my benefit, I'm so thankful she's here. I'm dealing with a crappy tax lien sale property that I'm believing we can breath new life into. Communities need more great service providers to help clean up the messes and teach the people a higher standard of living and being.
