John handled a scheduling issue (NOT his fault!) for me wonderfully, as I had driven almost 3 hours to get to the storage unit, great price, great help to me, he is SO nice and polite, and thank you again!

The best company I've ever used when dealing with our building clean up. We are in the process of selling and the buyers are extremely unreasonable but after hearing about AAA and dealing with Jennine and her assurance that our property would be professionally cleaned and all cleared (equipment, debris, trash etc..) not only did she deliver on that promise but knocked it out of the ballpark!! Thank you so much AAA and Jennine, we could have NEVER done it without you.

AAA Roussee is the BEST company ever!!! I hired them to help my friend who had a major problem with bed bugs in Miami. We had the place exterminated, but bed bugs are almost impossible to get rid of totally unless all fabric furniture and rugs, etc. are disposed of. My friend is VERY stubborn and would not agree to let them take the expensive rug and other furniture, he just wasn't grasping the importance of that. The pickup guy, Corey, was able to convince him to let go of ALL necessary items, Corey has such a wonderful way about him, I called him "The Bug Whisperer"... my friend fully cooperated, got rid of everything, we will have one last followup extermination check and now there is hope to totally resolve this HORRIBLE problem. This company is the BEST!!!!! Also, Robert, who I set everything up with, is such a great guy... he took a personal interest on the phone and made us understand the severity of the problem and what needed to be done, he went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty!!!! If he had not bothered to listen and discuss and truly advise and help this never would have been resolved. Thank you Robert and Corey!!!!!! Do not bother with any other company!!! These people are caring and honest and get the job done thoroughly and quickly.

We had furniture the donation/charity organizations would not take. (They are getting very picky these days and apparently want stuff in near new condition) Robert and his team were friendly, took the stuff away with no damage to our house. Recommended Highly!

Bobby arrived at 1:00 pm - dismantled and removed an 8 person hot tub and was done by 2:30 pm all in 90 + degree Florida heat. Good job. Thank you

Stephanie and Andre (Muscle Man) came to our home cleaned out our garage which was fairly full of the previous owner/hoarders junk. Filled up their trailer and hauled it away for a fair charge. I will Definitely have their services back again in the future should I ever need them. Good work Stephanie and Andre!!!!

Marc and his partner did an exceptional job for me. They removed two large couches and a VERY heavy piano. They got the large heavy pieces through the narrow doorway without any scratches or damage. Great care. Great job, well done. The price was fair considering the effort needed.

Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. Great service! I called the day before for a clear out of junk and furniture that a filthy a hoarder tenant left in a rental my daughter owns. Stefanie and crew arrived on time and removed a packed, filthy condo in a timely and efficient way. The crew was polite and worked together in a coordinated and professional way. Professional and Prompt Service. I called and gave a good detail of what I needed to be picked up and removed. Was quoted a price I thought was reasonable especially with the weight of some of my objects. Settled on a date and Mike called the evening prior to re-confirm time. I was called again in the morning when they were 20 -30 mins. away. Was surprised how fast the clear out was. Happy camper, would recommend this service.
