Awesome service! I am a busy nurse during the pandemic and had to relocate hours away. I didn't have the time to drive down to clear out my storage unit so I needed fast and quality service. With AAA ROUSSE SERVICES INC. I got a reasonable quote, received confirmation of when my driver, Sam, arrived for service, and received pictures of before and after. Stephanie was extremely flexible in scheduling our time slot. She was willing to schedule for the very next morning, if we wanted. We live on the 5th floor in a condominium complex, and Stephanie parked in a discrete place and quickly removed the everything without getting in the way of the other residents in the building. I was very satisfied with my refuse removal on 4/4/18. Stephanie and crew were very professional and arrived within the time frame given. I was also given updates on their location and arrival. The contents of my home were removed quickly and with no damage to the home. Stephanie also worked within my budget to have the contents fully removed. I had a pretty difficult job I needed help with, and Bobby and his crew handled it beautifully. Bobby was very communicative regarding his progress on the job, his time coming to and leaving the site, asked questions when he was unsure of something, and overall they worked very hard to complete the job in an efficient and timely manner. I would hire them again for sure.

AAA Rousse Junk Removal was very quick to book a last minute appointment only 2 days prior to when I needed the work done. The office staff worked patiently with me to get me the time of day needed. Same day service! Stephanie and Andre came to my house to remove items from my garage and living room. This included construction materials, miscellaneous household items and numerous cardboard boxes. They were courteous, professional, and the price they quoted was fair. Needed parents house emptied in ocala florida ,only had short time frame to get this done. Called AAA Rouse on monday afternoon and they were there first thing tuesday morning.
