Storage Unit Cleanout and Junk Removal Services in Matthews, Indiana

We purchased a home that had 40 years of stuff left in it. We had plans for a metal dumpster to be delivered that was delayed -- and new furniture was arriving the next day! So glad now because we discovered AAA Rousse and they were AMAZING. They came out at the end of the day to haul stuff away for us. We also could not believe how much Bobby managed to fit on that truck! They could have just told us they couldn't get to us until the next day, but they came out and worked until the truck could not hold another scrap. We were having a bad, tiring day and would have had to postpone our furniture delivery (and pay extra)! They saved the day and we are so grateful and would highly recommend them!

I had a pretty difficult job I needed help with, and Bobby and his crew handled it beautifully. Bobby was very communicative regarding his progress on the job, his time coming to and leaving the site, asked questions when he was unsure of something, and overall they worked very hard to complete the job in an efficient and timely manner. I would hire them again for sure.

The best company I've ever used when dealing with our building clean up. We are in the process of selling and the buyers are extremely unreasonable but after hearing about AAA and dealing with Jennine and her assurance that our property would be professionally cleaned and all cleared (equipment, debris, trash etc..) not only did she deliver on that promise but knocked it out of the ballpark!! Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. By the way, I assisted the whole time and don't think it would have gotten done without a third hand. Positive Responsiveness, Punctuality Services Hazardous waste removal & disposal

Bobby was amazing and efficient! We had a 1000sq ft Condo that would have needed a HAZMAT Team, but he completed the job on time and at the stated price.

We had furniture the donation/charity organizations would not take. (They are getting very picky these days and apparently want stuff in near new condition) Robert and his team were friendly, took the stuff away with no damage to our house. Recommended Highly!
