Their mechanic is a top notch individual. My wife slid into a ditch and the car was unable to be driven out. The mechanic stopped to help, pulling the car out. Most people would have kept driving, not thinking twice. He helped out a great deal. AAA Rousse will be my first call for any service related needs from them.

Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. Same day service! Stephanie and Andre came to my house to remove items from my garage and living room. This included construction materials, miscellaneous household items and numerous cardboard boxes. They were courteous, professional, and the price they quoted was fair. Their service was exceptional and I recommend them highly!

AAA Rousse Junk Removal was very quick to book a last minute appointment only 2 days prior to when I needed the work done. The office staff worked patiently with me to get me the time of day needed. The gentleman who arrived, John, Rex and Ray did a fantastic job. They were respectful, listened carefully to my needs and even swept the porch and patio area after removing the junk! A young woman and her male partner came to my house (shame on me I forgot their names). The Ms called an hour before arrival like promised and when they arrived gave me a quote, which matched the verbal quote given over the phone, and had my junk loaded up in no time. No muss no fuss, very professional. Would recommend them highly to anyone who needs their extra stuff taken away. I love the fact that anything of mine that is usable they will donate.
