AAA Rousse Junk Removal was very quick to book a last minute appointment only 2 days prior to when I needed the work done. The office staff worked patiently with me to get me the time of day needed. The gentleman who arrived, John, Rex and Ray did a fantastic job. They were respectful, listened carefully to my needs and even swept the porch and patio area after removing the junk! Excellent work. Fast. Very responsive. Moved to Florida couple months ago. Needed cleanout of garage from pervious owner. Called at 6am expecting answering machine and info and the lady actually answered. Got us booked same day which was great. Driver was here soon after and got the garage cleaned out. Was even swept out after. Definitely will use again for the shed before summer comes. Thanks guys.

Same day service! Stephanie and Andre came to my house to remove items from my garage and living room. This included construction materials, miscellaneous household items and numerous cardboard boxes. They were courteous, professional, and the price they quoted was fair. Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. Came down to Ft Lauderdale to clean out my Moms apartment. AAA Rouse answered my call on my first attempt,which no one else did.The owner was courteous and more importantly dependable. His mover showed up the next day,right on time as promised. As luck would have it the elevator was out and we were on the 8th floor.The mover insisted he could do the job and removed a sofa,cabinets and a TV down 8 flights of stairs. I highly recommend AAA Rouse Junk Removal and will definitely use them again to clear out the remainder of the contents.

We purchased a home that had 40 years of stuff left in it. We had plans for a metal dumpster to be delivered that was delayed -- and new furniture was arriving the next day! So glad now because we discovered AAA Rousse and they were AMAZING. They came out at the end of the day to haul stuff away for us. We also could not believe how much Bobby managed to fit on that truck! They could have just told us they couldn't get to us until the next day, but they came out and worked until the truck could not hold another scrap. We were having a bad, tiring day and would have had to postpone our furniture delivery (and pay extra)! They saved the day and we are so grateful and would highly recommend them!

I called to inquire about picking up a piece. I spoke to the dispatcher and they contacted someone to call me. I got a call in about 5 minutes. They were in the area and here in 20 minutes. I had a very heavy, bulky item and they handled it with no problem. Bobby was amazing, polite and efficient. Thanks Bobbie. Great company. Bobby was amazing and efficient! We had a 1000sq ft Condo that would have needed a HAZMAT Team, but he completed the job on time and at the stated price.

I contacted AAA Rousse for same day trash removal. We had just moved into our house and had yet to sign up for trash service since we weren't there full time yet. They were prompt and courteous, texting me updates as the day went on. I was able to pay over the phone since I wasn't there when they arrived. In addition, they called me because my garage door was left open! Since we were at the airport, I was freaking out! They actually closed my garage door, running out and over the sensor so that it wouldn't go back up again. They texted me before and after pictures as proof that everything was gone. I would definitely recommend them for trash removal!
