Great service! I called the day before for a clear out of junk and furniture that a filthy a hoarder tenant left in a rental my daughter owns. Stefanie and crew arrived on time and removed a packed, filthy condo in a timely and efficient way. The crew was polite and worked together in a coordinated and professional way. This guy's helped us in a pinch! We were trying to sell our house and we needed a replacement junk removal after the previous service change the price to 6 times the amount last minute. I called ASAP Rousseau and they came out, saved us $150 and did an excellent job the same day. I'm incredibly grateful and they were reasonable. I highly recommend them!!

I contacted AAA Rousse for same day trash removal. We had just moved into our house and had yet to sign up for trash service since we weren't there full time yet. They were prompt and courteous, texting me updates as the day went on. I was able to pay over the phone since I wasn't there when they arrived. In addition, they called me because my garage door was left open! Since we were at the airport, I was freaking out! They actually closed my garage door, running out and over the sensor so that it wouldn't go back up again. They texted me before and after pictures as proof that everything was gone. I would definitely recommend them for trash removal!

A young woman and her male partner came to my house (shame on me I forgot their names). The Ms called an hour before arrival like promised and when they arrived gave me a quote, which matched the verbal quote given over the phone, and had my junk loaded up in no time. No muss no fuss, very professional. Would recommend them highly to anyone who needs their extra stuff taken away. I love the fact that anything of mine that is usable they will donate. We had furniture the donation/charity organizations would not take. (They are getting very picky these days and apparently want stuff in near new condition) Robert and his team were friendly, took the stuff away with no damage to our house. Recommended Highly!
