We had a large amount of yard debris to be removed and Mark did an amazing job. He was prompt to our appointment and completed the job expediently. They came in a single day 2 times an were polite courtesy and extremely effective and efficient. The price was Absolute fair and my mother of all.messes was wiped away which would've taken me decades on my own. The staff was friendly and helpful even during the final transactions. Janine was very personable, professional and very helpful throughout the transaction. The men were hard workers who moved an upright piano, a 100 year old oak rolltop desk, and other large furniture pieces into storage on an extremely hot day.

Good experience - on time and quick service

Janine at the Springfield, Mo office provides amazing customer service. She's knowledgeable and responsive. She offers a much higher level of consideration than most people in any industry nowadays. She would stand out as a valuable worker anywhere but, for my benefit, I'm so thankful she's here. I'm dealing with a crappy tax lien sale property that I'm believing we can breath new life into. Communities need more great service providers to help clean up the messes and teach the people a higher standard of living and being.
