The team did a wonderful job clearing out 2 of our office suites. Both suites contained about 40+ cubicles, 11 executives offices, at 3 conference rooms. It took about a week to get everything out of there but they were fair and always updated me throughout the day. They also sent pictures to make sure I knew they were filling the trailer up (they charge by the load).

Called on Sunday, booked an appointment for 10 am Monday, communicated with me when on their way, showed up on time and hauled away identified material. Outstanding job and now we can finish organizing our garage. Thank you.

Janine was very personable, professional and very helpful throughout the transaction. The men were hard workers who moved an upright piano, a 100 year old oak rolltop desk, and other large furniture pieces into storage on an extremely hot day.

Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. John handled a scheduling issue (NOT his fault!) for me wonderfully, as I had driven almost 3 hours to get to the storage unit, great price, great help to me, he is SO nice and polite, and thank you again!

I called AAA Rousse to haul away all my junk when I was moving and not only did they come the same day and give me a great price, but Ronnie was extremely helpful and fast. I'd definitely call them again the next time I need something taken away.

We had a large amount of yard debris to be removed and Mark did an amazing job. He was prompt to our appointment and completed the job expediently.
