Stephanie was extremely flexible in scheduling our time slot. She was willing to schedule for the very next morning, if we wanted. We live on the 5th floor in a condominium complex, and Stephanie parked in a discrete place and quickly removed the everything without getting in the way of the other residents in the building. She was very sharp and didn't need to hear directions twice. We would call her again in a heartbeat!. I had a pretty difficult job I needed help with, and Bobby and his crew handled it beautifully. Bobby was very communicative regarding his progress on the job, his time coming to and leaving the site, asked questions when he was unsure of something, and overall they worked very hard to complete the job in an efficient and timely manner. I contacted AAA Rousse for same day trash removal. We had just moved into our house and had yet to sign up for trash service since we weren't there full time yet. They were prompt and courteous, texting me updates as the day went on. I was able to pay over the phone since I wasn't there when they arrived. In addition, they called me because my garage door was left open! Since we were at the airport, I was freaking out! They actually closed my garage door, running out and over the sensor so that it wouldn't go back up again. They texted me before and after pictures as proof that everything was gone. I would definitely recommend them for trash removal!
