Came down to Ft Lauderdale to clean out my Moms apartment. AAA Rouse answered my call on my first attempt,which no one else did.The owner was courteous and more importantly dependable. His mover showed up the next day,right on time as promised. As luck would have it the elevator was out and we were on the 8th floor.The mover insisted he could do the job and removed a sofa,cabinets and a TV down 8 flights of stairs. I highly recommend AAA Rouse Junk Removal and will definitely use them again to clear out the remainder of the contents.

I contacted this company after visiting their website, looking at pictures of some of the jobs they have done, and reading the reviews I decided they were exactly what I was looking for. I spoke with Robert, the owner, on a Wednesday afternoon and he had a four-person crew here Thursday morning. After showing and explaining everything to James, the cleanup began. They worked all day and cleaned out four barns. An excellent crew and an excellent job!!! I highly recommend this company, and I will be using them again in the future.

Stephanie was extremely flexible in scheduling our time slot. She was willing to schedule for the very next morning, if we wanted. We live on the 5th floor in a condominium complex, and Stephanie parked in a discrete place and quickly removed the everything without getting in the way of the other residents in the building. I can't say enough good things about this company. We had a mobile home that needed the carpet pulled and some furniture thrown out. They did it all and it only took a couple of hours. Will definitely do business with again.

Mark was friendly but also professional. I had an old pool table removed and he not only took the pool table but all the accessories without an extra charge. Their mechanic is a top notch individual. My wife slid into a ditch and the car was unable to be driven out. The mechanic stopped to help, pulling the car out. Most people would have kept driving, not thinking twice. He helped out a great deal. AAA Rousse will be my first call for any service related needs from them.

Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked.
