Awesome service! I am a busy nurse during the pandemic and had to relocate hours away. I didn't have the time to drive down to clear out my storage unit so I needed fast and quality service. With AAA ROUSSE SERVICES INC. I got a reasonable quote, received confirmation of when my driver, Sam, arrived for service, and received pictures of before and after. Professional and Prompt Service. I called and gave a good detail of what I needed to be picked up and removed. Was quoted a price I thought was reasonable especially with the weight of some of my objects. Settled on a date and Mike called the evening prior to re-confirm time. I was called again in the morning when they were 20 -30 mins. away. Was surprised how fast the clear out was. Happy camper, would recommend this service.

The family owned company was wonderful! They came in and undertook a very difficult project without complaining and they did it at the price that they quoted to us originally. They were friendly patient hard-working and did a great job! We would not hesitate to call them again and we would recommend them to anyone we know.

Good experience - on time and quick service

I called to inquire about picking up a piece. I spoke to the dispatcher and they contacted someone to call me. I got a call in about 5 minutes. They were in the area and here in 20 minutes. I had a very heavy, bulky item and they handled it with no problem. Bobby was amazing, polite and efficient. Thanks Bobbie. Great company. I highly recommend this company to have anything removed from your home.

From the time I spoke with them on the phone I could tell they were a professional company not just a guy with a trailer with wood panel for walls. They arrived and started loading stuff once we did the walk thru. They were professional and they made me fell like I was part of their family. The quality and speed of the service is top of the class. They didn't do a-lot of standing around, they worked hard. When it comes to the load of the trailer they fill them to the top and it's a large trailer. When it started to rain they kept going with the loading process. I will be a loyal customer for life and I recommend them to anyone!

The best company I've ever used when dealing with our building clean up. We are in the process of selling and the buyers are extremely unreasonable but after hearing about AAA and dealing with Jennine and her assurance that our property would be professionally cleaned and all cleared (equipment, debris, trash etc..) not only did she deliver on that promise but knocked it out of the ballpark!! They came in a single day 2 times an were polite courtesy and extremely effective and efficient. The price was Absolute fair and my mother of all.messes was wiped away which would've taken me decades on my own. The staff was friendly and helpful even during the final transactions. Im.certainly satisfied with he quality they provided.

This guy's helped us in a pinch! We were trying to sell our house and we needed a replacement junk removal after the previous service change the price to 6 times the amount last minute. I called ASAP Rousseau and they came out, saved us $150 and did an excellent job the same day. I'm incredibly grateful and they were reasonable. I highly recommend them!!

Needed parents house emptied in ocala florida ,only had short time frame to get this done. Called AAA Rouse on monday afternoon and they were there first thing tuesday morning. Stephanie and her crew did an excellent job ,were very efficient and fast and completed everything in a little over 4 hours .We were very pleased with the service and would highly recommend.
