A young woman and her male partner came to my house (shame on me I forgot their names). The Ms called an hour before arrival like promised and when they arrived gave me a quote, which matched the verbal quote given over the phone, and had my junk loaded up in no time. No muss no fuss, very professional. Would recommend them highly to anyone who needs their extra stuff taken away. I love the fact that anything of mine that is usable they will donate. Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. AAA Rouse was able to respond quickly and efficiently to a same day request to pick up our old appliances and construction garbage. Their price was very reasonable, I would recommend their services.

The team did a wonderful job clearing out 2 of our office suites. Both suites contained about 40+ cubicles, 11 executives offices, at 3 conference rooms. It took about a week to get everything out of there but they were fair and always updated me throughout the day. They also sent pictures to make sure I knew they were filling the trailer up (they charge by the load).

Mark was friendly but also professional. I had an old pool table removed and he not only took the pool table but all the accessories without an extra charge. I would definitely recommend AAA Rousse to my friends. If you have any thing small or large to be removed AAA Rousse are the one's to call!!! Honestly just made that up.

I called AAA Rousse to haul away all my junk when I was moving and not only did they come the same day and give me a great price, but Ronnie was extremely helpful and fast. I'd definitely call them again the next time I need something taken away.

They came in a single day 2 times an were polite courtesy and extremely effective and efficient. The price was Absolute fair and my mother of all.messes was wiped away which would've taken me decades on my own. The staff was friendly and helpful even during the final transactions. Im.certainly satisfied with he quality they provided.

Great experience dealing with Justin and Stephanie from AAA Rousse Boat Removal. Justin removed a derilic boat from my canal that I acquired when I purchased the property. The boat was deep under silt and sludge and had oysters encrusting the entire boat - he made quick work of the boat dislodging it and then cutting it up and was very careful not to damage any of my landscaping or lawn in the process. Excellent job overall & was very professional - super impressed with Justin as he's a great guy to work with. Stephanie provided great communication managing the schedule and details of the job.
