Stephanie and Justin were very responsive and professional about everything. Justin was very helpful, patient, and hardworking with something difficult like moving furniture and things you don't need anymore out of storage. It is a difficult thing to deal with physically and emotional to decide what is junk and what you should keep. Justin was the best man for this kind of job. He didn't even hardly take a break. Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. The best company I've ever used when dealing with our building clean up. We are in the process of selling and the buyers are extremely unreasonable but after hearing about AAA and dealing with Jennine and her assurance that our property would be professionally cleaned and all cleared (equipment, debris, trash etc..) not only did she deliver on that promise but knocked it out of the ballpark!! AAA Rousse Junk Removal was very quick to book a last minute appointment only 2 days prior to when I needed the work done. The office staff worked patiently with me to get me the time of day needed. The gentleman who arrived, John, Rex and Ray did a fantastic job. They were respectful, listened carefully to my needs and even swept the porch and patio area after removing the junk! They came in a single day 2 times an were polite courtesy and extremely effective and efficient. The price was Absolute fair and my mother of all.messes was wiped away which would've taken me decades on my own. The staff was friendly and helpful even during the final transactions. I had a pretty difficult job I needed help with, and Bobby and his crew handled it beautifully. Bobby was very communicative regarding his progress on the job, his time coming to and leaving the site, asked questions when he was unsure of something, and overall they worked very hard to complete the job in an efficient and timely manner. I would hire them again for sure.
