John handled a scheduling issue (NOT his fault!) for me wonderfully, as I had driven almost 3 hours to get to the storage unit, great price, great help to me, he is SO nice and polite, and thank you again!

Professional and Prompt Service. I called and gave a good detail of what I needed to be picked up and removed. Was quoted a price I thought was reasonable especially with the weight of some of my objects. Settled on a date and Mike called the evening prior to re-confirm time. I was called again in the morning when they were 20 -30 mins. away. Was surprised how fast the clear out was. Happy camper, would recommend this service.

The best company I've ever used when dealing with our building clean up. We are in the process of selling and the buyers are extremely unreasonable but after hearing about AAA and dealing with Jennine and her assurance that our property would be professionally cleaned and all cleared (equipment, debris, trash etc..) not only did she deliver on that promise but knocked it out of the ballpark!! I had the task of arranging a house clearance from the UK, prior to arriving in the US, with no real knowledge of how big a job it was going to be. Janine was incredibly helpful, allowing me to provide her with photos just a day before the job was due to happen. It turned out to be a very big job indeed, but the men were absolutely amazing, working long hours, professionally and respectfully, and completely clearing the property. We were incredibly impressed and grateful!

The family owned company was wonderful! They came in and undertook a very difficult project without complaining and they did it at the price that they quoted to us originally. They were friendly patient hard-working and did a great job! We would not hesitate to call them again and we would recommend them to anyone we know.

This was a BIG job with BIG items of all types in a garage and house. Stephanie and her assistant did a very impressive job and I wouldn't hesitate to engage their services again. This guy's helped us in a pinch! We were trying to sell our house and we needed a replacement junk removal after the previous service change the price to 6 times the amount last minute. I called ASAP Rousseau and they came out, saved us $150 and did an excellent job the same day. I'm incredibly grateful and they were reasonable. I highly recommend them!!
