Storage Unit Cleanout and Junk Removal Services in West Elizabeth, Pennsylvania

I was cleaning out a family member's house that bordered on being a hoarder. I called AAA Rousse and they were able to promptly meet my junk hauling needs on two separate occasions. The men providing the service were friendly and professional. They definitely made the process easy.

Great service Had a bunch of junk needed to be removed pronto. I live on the lower keys and services such as junk removal are not available. These guys had to drive two hours to get to my place. They came when they said they would they removed everything and I am so grateful.

Their mechanic is a top notch individual. My wife slid into a ditch and the car was unable to be driven out. The mechanic stopped to help, pulling the car out. Most people would have kept driving, not thinking twice. He helped out a great deal. AAA Rousse will be my first call for any service related needs from them.

Mark called in advance to verify time of arrival. The service was prompt and courteous.

Stephanie was extremely flexible in scheduling our time slot. She was willing to schedule for the very next morning, if we wanted. We live on the 5th floor in a condominium complex, and Stephanie parked in a discrete place and quickly removed the everything without getting in the way of the other residents in the building. She was very sharp and didn't need to hear directions twice. We would call her again in a heartbeat!. I was in a bind cleaning out my Dad's house for sale. Some items did not meet Salvation Army standards and I needed to have items removed before walk thru and sale the next day. They were able to work me in on short notice, were professional and efficient. Thanks Stephanie and Travis!

Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. Today after a call this morning to haul away a broken treadmill, Gary and Stephanie came out the same day and removed it efficiently, professionally, and were friendly and careful not to cause damage to our home while removing it. We will definitely use them again to haul away any unwanted junk. Thanks for a great job!
