AAA Roussee is the BEST company ever!!! I hired them to help my friend who had a major problem with bed bugs in Miami. We had the place exterminated, but bed bugs are almost impossible to get rid of totally unless all fabric furniture and rugs, etc. are disposed of. My friend is VERY stubborn and would not agree to let them take the expensive rug and other furniture, he just wasn't grasping the importance of that. The pickup guy, Corey, was able to convince him to let go of ALL necessary items, Corey has such a wonderful way about him, I called him "The Bug Whisperer"... my friend fully cooperated, got rid of everything, we will have one last followup extermination check and now there is hope to totally resolve this HORRIBLE problem. This company is the BEST!!!!! Also, Robert, who I set everything up with, is such a great guy... he took a personal interest on the phone and made us understand the severity of the problem and what needed to be done, he went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty!!!! If he had not bothered to listen and discuss and truly advise and help this never would have been resolved. Thank you Robert and Corey!!!!!! Do not bother with any other company!!! These people are caring and honest and get the job done thoroughly and quickly.

I had the task of arranging a house clearance from the UK, prior to arriving in the US, with no real knowledge of how big a job it was going to be. Janine was incredibly helpful, allowing me to provide her with photos just a day before the job was due to happen. It turned out to be a very big job indeed, but the men were absolutely amazing, working long hours, professionally and respectfully, and completely clearing the property. We were incredibly impressed and grateful!

The best company I've ever used when dealing with our building clean up. We are in the process of selling and the buyers are extremely unreasonable but after hearing about AAA and dealing with Jennine and her assurance that our property would be professionally cleaned and all cleared (equipment, debris, trash etc..) not only did she deliver on that promise but knocked it out of the ballpark!! Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked.
