Came down to Ft Lauderdale to clean out my Moms apartment. AAA Rouse answered my call on my first attempt,which no one else did.The owner was courteous and more importantly dependable. His mover showed up the next day,right on time as promised. As luck would have it the elevator was out and we were on the 8th floor.The mover insisted he could do the job and removed a sofa,cabinets and a TV down 8 flights of stairs. I highly recommend AAA Rouse Junk Removal and will definitely use them again to clear out the remainder of the contents.

Great experience dealing with Justin and Stephanie from AAA Rousse Boat Removal. Justin removed a derilic boat from my canal that I acquired when I purchased the property. The boat was deep under silt and sludge and had oysters encrusting the entire boat - he made quick work of the boat dislodging it and then cutting it up and was very careful not to damage any of my landscaping or lawn in the process. Excellent job overall & was very professional - super impressed with Justin as he's a great guy to work with. Stephanie provided great communication managing the schedule and details of the job.

I had the task of arranging a house clearance from the UK, prior to arriving in the US, with no real knowledge of how big a job it was going to be. Janine was incredibly helpful, allowing me to provide her with photos just a day before the job was due to happen. It turned out to be a very big job indeed, but the men were absolutely amazing, working long hours, professionally and respectfully, and completely clearing the property. We were incredibly impressed and grateful!

Marc and his partner did an exceptional job for me. They removed two large couches and a VERY heavy piano. They got the large heavy pieces through the narrow doorway without any scratches or damage. Great care. Great job, well done. The price was fair considering the effort needed.

Stephanie and Justin were very responsive and professional about everything. Justin was very helpful, patient, and hardworking with something difficult like moving furniture and things you don't need anymore out of storage. It is a difficult thing to deal with physically and emotional to decide what is junk and what you should keep. Justin was the best man for this kind of job. He didn't even hardly take a break. Stephanie and Andre (Muscle Man) came to our home cleaned out our garage which was fairly full of the previous owner/hoarders junk. Filled up their trailer and hauled it away for a fair charge. I will Definitely have their services back again in the future should I ever need them. Good work Stephanie and Andre!!!!
