Their mechanic is a top notch individual. My wife slid into a ditch and the car was unable to be driven out. The mechanic stopped to help, pulling the car out. Most people would have kept driving, not thinking twice. He helped out a great deal. AAA Rousse will be my first call for any service related needs from them.

Two very hard workers removed a heavy equipment tire that haunted me for decades. No easy job as it weighed-in at over 1,300 lbs and had to be cut into four segments. I did not give a 5-star review because the price was much higher than initially quoted, they didn't have the equipment that they knew would be necessary, and time was wasted when they had to run for more blades (the cost of which was passed on to me above and beyond the much higher price after the initial quote/visit). I sent photos and specs on the tire before the initial visit as well. I gave a 4-star primarily because of how hard the couple worked. Stephanie was extremely flexible in scheduling our time slot. She was willing to schedule for the very next morning, if we wanted. We live on the 5th floor in a condominium complex, and Stephanie parked in a discrete place and quickly removed the everything without getting in the way of the other residents in the building. She was very sharp and didn't need to hear directions twice. We would call her again in a heartbeat!. It was a huge job, and their team completed it an a timely manner. They are hardworking, dedicated, thorough, and efficient. The required cleanup was on a property in Florida, and since I live long distance, they look pictures and communicated with me every step of the way. The team did a wonderful job clearing out 2 of our office suites. Both suites contained about 40+ cubicles, 11 executives offices, at 3 conference rooms. It took about a week to get everything out of there but they were fair and always updated me throughout the day. They also sent pictures to make sure I knew they were filling the trailer up (they charge by the load).

Very fast, and affordable. Would definitely recommend.
